    Hi there,

May I know the Display settings that you are pertaining to?

I am having challenges understanding exactly what you are trying to achieve. Do you have more information or say an example or screenshot that can help me visualize or understand this issue better?
    Thank you!

Okay.  I am trying to download my submissions as an excel document.  I have the options to download them as an excel file, csv file or a pdf file, but when I try to download my submissions as excel or csv nothing happens and I'm not sure if this is only today because I was working on this last Friday and it worked okay. Now that I am again working on simplifying our ordering system again, it is not working so, I tried to download my submissions as a pdf file and it tells me that I have too many submissions and I need to select a time frame from my "display settings".

I got it!  Thanks.  It seems it may have been the system, but now I can't do what I was trying to do.  I NEED to be able to export ONLY certain information from the form into Quark Express.  Would you know how I can do this or shall I post another post?

To export into an external database we recommend to use MYSQL

Please check this guide for further help

Otherwise, you might need to enable POST DATA and from there get dirty with your own server side programming to accomplish what you are looking for
