my connect form to pdf element is not working

I've connected most of the items on my pdf to the form input questions successfully, but I have a series of Yes No ticboxes and only 1 is connecting. On the others I select the connect link, then go to the tick box on the form, click on it, the green tic and red X appear, but clicking on them does nothing, and my items still remain disconnected. Maybe because I'm zoomed in??
