Is it possible to setup another user to be able to access submissions to these two specific forms

In the meantime, is it possible to setup another user to be able to access submissions to these two specific forms? They will need to be able to access the data without me while I'm out on leave. I cannot give them login to my full account for HIPAA compliance reasons. 

I believe that you should be able to use the "Share Form's Submissions Page" feature.
