    Problem after adding an "Upload File" button. Unwanted Redirection and unwanted captcha.

    Hi all,

    i created a simple contact form that is connected to Google Drive (Spreadsheet).

    It is made up of a few questions (fullname, email, reason of the contact) and a captcha.

    I made a custom "Thank You" message and an email notification.

    That's all, the form was working very well.

    Now i want to improve the form. Its purpose is to receive questions about technical assistance(we produce and sell professional camera supports) so i'd like to add an Upload File element to let the customers load pictures or documents...such as the form i'm filling in this moment :)

    Here is the problem: i added the "upload file". I've filled the form and selected a picture to upload but at the time i've submitted the form i was redirected to a page with only a captcha in the middle (you can see the attachment).

    I've typed correctly the captcha but i was redirected once again and this time to a BLANK page (http://submit.jotformeu.com/server.php). Now i can't do any action but closing the window.

    I didn't receive any email notifications but i can find the information in the spreadsheet.

    It seems to me that the upload file component has added a redirect page to a NEW captcha and then to a NEW blank page.

    Do you have any idea about the problem?

    I was able to reproduce this issue. I am creating a ticket and forwarding your issue to our development team. As soon as there are updates from them, you will get the notification via this thread.

    As a workaround, please change your captcha field to reCaptcha and your form should work fine.

    I made the change (captcha to reCaptcha) and it works perfectly.
