Don't have access

    Hello again,


    I have another ticket regarding me not having access to a form I created. In an email I received from your responses, when I click on the "view this thread in browser", now I am presented with this in the screenshot attached.

    I have not changed anything on my end for something like this to happen. Please help me fix this, it is frustrating. I am working on convincing my company to adopt your company for your forms.

    You are getting this error while accessing a support thread because the thread is marked as Private.

    Hence, please access this thread link while being logged into your JotForm account. Then you will not see the error.

    Do try and let us know the update.
