I have 3 forms going registering users for a theater program. We've figured out that at least 2 emails from 2 different forms have not been sent out correctly.
The latest example is on the EPAC Teen Workshop Registration form. There are 3 submissions for this one. The first 2 generated the proper emails. The entry for 'Danielle Zareski' was logged OK as a submission, but did not genearte an email to either of the two 'notify' email alerts, or to the 'autoresponder' sender.
My userid is TOMDEF. Help, this is important to us.

Your emails are not in our bounce list. I also checked our email log and according to our log, there was email sent to you. Kindly please check your spam folder. To prevent not receiving email notification please follow this guide. Thanks!

I don't use a spam filter. For the entry mentioned, neither the submitter nor either of the 2 email alert notifications receved an email on this entry. It certainly seems like the email didn't go out.
I did add a field to this form mid-morning, perhaps that is related. I have checked the email alert addresses and deleted and added back in the autoresponder address to pick up the new field. Test submissions work just fine. I guess we'll just have to see what else we don't get.

Please change your email notification Sender E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to use your E-mail for your sender E-mail, we suggest Whitelisting Jotmails IP Address to prevent the notification from not being received. Below are the following IP that needs to be whitelisted.
If you are not sure how to whitelist Ip addresses, please contact your email hosting provider.
