Why my forms are disabled?

    The form I provided is a clone of the form I use for online membership submissions for the IRWSAA. This form is meant to test new additions to the form without messing with the live form. For some reason, I can't preview or view the form. I have enabled and disabled it numerous times, I even deleted the clone I had and created a new clone and it still says "this form is not found/disabled".

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended because your form is suspected to be used for phishing activity.

    I am escalating this thread to our form review team to review your forms. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please note that we have anti-phishing filter which scans all form.

    Your account was suspended by mistake. We have activated your account and your forms are back online.
