I am new to this. How do I complete a job form and what is it used for

Good morning. I am new to this and would love some help. 

If you have the URL of the form, you need to click on the form URL and form will be displayed. You need to fill up the form and then click on the submit button of form to submit it.

The data will be captured only when you click on the submit button of form.
