I can’t log in

    I downloaded the JOT app and tried to log in.  It keeps telling me my username or password is invalid.  I tried resetting my password and I received the email to do so (confirming that my email address is in the system).  I successfully changed my password and I am still getting the same message about invalid.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have now activated your account and you should be able to login to your account without any issue. Please note that it is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
