    Hi NutritionistFL,

    There are two elements on the form where you can give options.

    1. Single Choice - this element only allows users to choose one (1) of the choices.

    2. Multiple Choice - this element allows the users to choose multiple choices on the selection.

    Take note that there is no way to convert one to the other, you will need to delete and re-create a question with the correct element.
