I cant log in said suspended failed

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked on the account/username KREroofs  and it shows that it was suspended due the form that uses copyrighted logo.

    The form violates the Terms of Use.

    Are you authorized and have permission to use this copyright item in forms? Please send us proof that you are authorized to use this logo. 

    Since your JotForm account profile does not show an email address related to it, this is violation of our Terms of Use. Please change the account profile email address to one that matches the domain with logo, or in order to reactivate the account, we should remove the logos on your forms.

    I have removed the logo for now to reactivate your account. You can check the updated status when you log in again at https://www.jotform.com/login

    You can add the logo back after you have comply to the Terms. 

    Change your account profile email to match the domain of the logo you were trying to use.

    You need to log in to your account using the username KREroofs

    You should be able to see the form in your My Forms list

    From what I have checked previously, your form does not have existing submission yet https://www.jotform.com/form/200511170511132

    we had 6 offline submissions earlier today. When we tried to connect back to the internet the form said it was disabled and we cant find our submissions.  any ideas where we can get our submissions? we are working trade show and these submissions/leads are worth potentially thousands of dollars, I'm hoping we can find them.

    I've checked your form and indeed there are not submissions, this means that they were not synced from the app, kindly note that offline submissions are stored on the app and in case you've re-installed the app or cleared its data, the submissions were deleted, may you please confirm if that was the case? 

    You may also provide us the information about any of the missing submissions so we can also ask our team to track the submissions.
