My form says it is in restore mode

    My form is in restore mode as I haven't used your system for some time.

    Please make it active again as I have an urgent form to create

    Yes, we put accounts with no activity for some time to dormant status. I've reactivated it. Please check again.

    It's not a glitch or a bug, so there's nothing to resolve in the backend. We can reactivate accounts if it happens on them.
