Google Sheets Repeatedly Stops Updating

For more than 18 months, Google Sheets intermittently stops updating, as often as perhaps once every couple of weeks. It updates for awhile but then it stops. This does not occur with Google Drive. To begin synchronization again, I must de-link it and then re-link it. Can this be resolved? One of the primary reasons we use JotForm is because it interfaces with Google Sheets, as it's easy enough to create a form from scratch. I have submitted support request previously but this issue persists and has never been resolved.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

I've seen the previous thread you have opened about the same concern almost a year ago https://www.jotform.com/answers/1765479

In that thread, my colleague has mentioned that we do not encourage our users to alter the spreadsheet integrated with their form as that would break the integration.

I checked the form embedded on the website you linked and I supposed that is the form that is having an issue. We can try to push the submissions in your form to the spreadsheet the form is integrated with. Please let us know if you agree that we do that so we may proceed.

Sure, that's fine. I've asked all users with access to the Sheet not to modify it, but I'll remind them again. Thanks!
