integrating mailchimp issue

To whom it may concern:

I would like to integrate mailchimp to my forms but when I go to any of my forms and choose integration --> mailchimp and I get to the last steps one of two things happens - the page closes (and thus doesn't complete the process) or it says it will take a moment and after 20 minutes of taking a moment, that's the longest I've waited, it has not integrated and I have to start over from the beginning. There's some kind of glitch and I'm not sure what it is. I do not have a screenshot but if this explanation is not enough I can go back through the process and give one at a later date.

Please assist me with this problem.

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

I have tried to integrate one of my test forms to Mailchimp however, I am unable to replicate the issue, I was able to integrate it almost in no time. Kindly try to access your account in an incognito mode then integrate your form from that window, let's see if it would make any difference. 

Let us know if the issue still persists.
