Why is my account suspended?

    My account has been suspended and I've only done a test form, why is my account suspended and why haven't i been notified before hand?

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended. This form "Course Registration Form" was found on your account and flagged as fake services offer scam.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending form.

    Or, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your form is used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2177104 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    We will wait for your response.

    I sent a response. My email is the managing companies corporate email and the company in question as I stated is a searchable registered company and has a DBA associated with it.


    I would also like to know if a small error from a staff member is going to trigger suspension from the automated system every time and if it will cause all forms to become useless. This would be crippling to us and we would switch to a different platform.
