I'm using JotForm for a client who on a normal basis would be way under the normal monthly quota. She just happens to be hosting a show this weekend that required pre-registration. This has caused her to go over quota. I really don't feel she needs to upgrade to a higher plan since she doesn't really need it on a normal basis.
The show is this Sunday, so there will be no more submissions after 4/17/2011. Is there any way to get an extension of her monthly quota just through 4/18/11??
Also - is there any way she could have missed any submissions since she's over her quota?
Please let me know as soon as you can. I don't want any delay in her submissions.

I'm afraid to tell you this but extending submission limit without upgrading account is not possible.
To answer your second question - yes she may have missed submissions as her account is way over the monthly quota set for free users. Her form is scheduled for automatic disabling tomorrow, April 15, 2011.
Forms will be re-enabled when her monthly quota is refreshed at the beginning of the next month.
For what it's worth, it is now easy to switch your account back and fort from being free to premium. Some of our customers do just that. They upgrade when they are expecting a sudden burst in the amount of submissions, like an even for example, and then they just downgrade the month after.
Hope this clears things. Let us know if you have follow-up questions.
