As of today the submissions of one of our forms have disappeared.

    As of today the submissions of one of our forms have disappeared.

    Lately we keep on having major problems with Jform.

     

    Please advice.

    Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. How many submissions are you missing? That form currently has 40 submissions.

    We indeed saw that there were 40 submissions, but if we wanted to forward them the page was empty. Meanwhile this problem is solved, because today I was able to see the submissions and forward them.
    The main issue remains though; we do not get any notifications anymore of all the Jotforms. That’s why we have to manually forward the submissions.
