Suddenly our clients can't use the CC form - can't click in to type

    Hi there -

    Our forms were working up until last Friday and suddenly our clients can't click in to enter their credit card numbers (the rest of the form works). We use Stripe and the connection seems good and they aren't down...

    Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    That's a restriction by Stripe payment gateway. Your form should be on HTTPS before you can click on the CC fields. Jotform also provides HTTPS form URLs by default.

    Please try it again with HTTPS in your form URL.
