Unable to Upgrade Plan due to Error Displayed

    Hello Jot Form,

    I wanted to switch the plan from 1000 Monthly to 10,000 monthly. But was unable to do so. Please help us.

    When i try to switch, i get an error message saying the following:

    Error switching plan.
    Please try again in a few minutes or get in contact with our support team. Sorry for the inconvenience.".locale() %>

    Hello Anupam, we do apologize about that. It looks like a bug that is causing this to happen so I have notified our development team about the issue to get it corrected for you as quickly as possible so that you can upgrade and we do greatly appreciate you taking the time to report this.
