Subaccount feature - transferred form still uses the subuser account's limit

    I have been a collaborator on my company's account for a long time but haven't started experiencing issues until yesterday.

    Now, when I duplicate a form and then drag it to the company's account (they're using the paid plan), I'm unable to add more than 1 email as a recipient. I've done it this way for months and have never had issues. I've attached a screenshot of what it now shows, I'm working under the paid account.

    Hi @shropshireclovis - I was able to replicate the issue you're reporting. I have an account that is a sub-user of another account. When I moved my form to that account's shared folder (transfer form ownership), it still uses the limit of my FREE account.

    Let me escalate this to our backend team for further investigation. You'll be informed here as soon as updates are available.

    In the meantime, you may advise the owner (admin account) to grant you permission to edit the form that you have transferred to his account.

    Hello may I please have an update on the status of this bug? Now I'm unable to even transfer ownership of forms by dragging to our admin account.

    A huge part of the company I work for relies on Jotform for leads and management has been anxiously awaiting a reply from me about this. Please let me know,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue should be fixed now and you should be able to move the forms to the shared folders. Please check and let us know if you still experience any issue with the forms transfer. We will be happy to take a look again.
