Is there option to not create separate folders for every submission?
It is very hard to click again and again to folders not having the overview...

Actually this is how the integration works for . I could request to add this feature . Hopefully it will be implemented ASAP

Please implement it ASAP. Because we just bought 1 year subscription and at the moment Box integration is not pretty usefull with messy folder creation...

Hi, sorry for the late update, this feature request have been implemented already.
You can separate each folder, you can pick whether it has a folder or none.
For this you have to reintegrate with BOX, after the authentication you will be prompted to ask where to folders, so Pick --No folder--..
Upon submission you will be getting this,
all submission including user files will be in the Main Folder
the name format is - submission.pdf and for the files - filename.extension
You can try to test it if you want and then let us know your comments.
