PDF is not being displayed in PDF Embeder widget.

I am having the same issue, but my pages with embedded PDFs were working fine until I was alerted today, by a user of our form. Of the three that I looked at today, all are showing blank space where the PDF should be. There has got to be some explanation other than clearing a cache. I have tried on two different browsers, and get the same result. Please advise. Thank you.

We had an issue with our widget server and that may be the reason why the PDF embedder widget was not working however, the issue was fixed already by our developers.

May we know the form in question so that we can check it out?

Because access to the forms was urgent, I removed the PDFs embedded from the pages and linked them with an external url. I do see that one page that still had the PDF embedded there is now actually visible and working as expected. Thank you.
