Some of our clients have a please wait screen at the end of submitting their form and the form doesn't ever submit. Can you give some suggestions on what they can do?

Hi - the form is the Toronto Mentee 2013 form

You have a few form with the same name. Can you please give us the form URL instead? Please also try to clear your forms cache, see if that helps. Go to My Account - Settings tab
