Jots Still Not Pushing through

    LAst week I contacted you in regards to our jot forms not lushing through to our company email. this was your reply below

     

    "Please use noreply@jotform to your Sender E-mail to resolve this issue." this has been done and yet we are stil having issues. It is reflecting poorly on our company with potential clients and we coulod possiblky be losing money. 

     

     

    Please resolve this issue promplty.

    I see that you have configured your hotmail id in notification. Please let us know the company email id where you want the notification to be sent.

    This will help us investigate your issue.

    we have never had a problem with our email we used before. Please fix the problem, not forwarding to buyerinterest@hotmail.com we need it to go to this email. please make sure it is working. We have had many problems of late from ssl cert not valid, docs disappearing and now we dont get the forms. Please let me know when fixed.

    Have you tried checking the Junk Folder inside Hotmail? Also it may help to add us to your Contacts List.
