I try to access uploaded files from my form, but I cannot access any that were uploaded before March 27 at 2 p.m. For example, this link:
gives me this output:This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>193FF8417AF94D62</RequestId><HostId>av7OT3FrGdhrT9BkMfIwaa4uBZxBJ0/Z67+m1BMKztY7clFzx531SVG4lT7gEFER</HostId></Error>My guess is that I switched to Jotform Pro on March 27, so somehow access privileges got switched around. Could you help me get these files?Thank you!

Links can be wrong if you changed your account name. Have you asked us to re-name your account? If yes, you can adjust your download links.
where buhbuhbuh should be replaced with your old account name.

Previously I do not believe I had an account. Is it possible for me to not have had an account? If so, is there any way to access the file?
Also, is there a way to find my previous account name?

Michael, I think you had a guest account (based on cookies), but now you have registered account name, so the links are not correct.
I am forwarding this our our Next Level Support to find out the guest name in question. We will get back to you as soon as we have any news.
In the meantime, you can check the upload links in your form email alerts. I think these links should be fine.

When you were still a guest user did you receive emails with the upload links on them? Do those links still work?
