Hello, I received an email stating my free account was full becasue I received 10 payments (is this because of paypal?). It didn't provide much advance notice and I can't find my quesiton that I submitted a couple of days ago in the Forum.
Anyway, I upgraded and now paying the $9.95/month. So I log back in and my forms are still missing. Please help!!!! I have clients who are actively in need of these forms today. This is bad show on my end. Please help asap. Thank you!Page URL:

UPDATE: found the forms but they are disabled from my website. Something in the process disabled it. Can you please help...

.. and there is no Enable option. There is a Disable option but no enable, but again, not showing up on the website. Help!

Can you please update us if you are still having this issue.
I just checked your account and found your forms available. There is one disabled form, but you can Enable it using the more button in My Forms.
