My form not showing up on website - says FORM OVER QUOTA (but I just upgraded!)

    Hello, I called my web developer and there is an note on the account that the jotform is over quota.  I just upgraded my jotform account about 40 minutes ago.  Is this not an automatic process?  Can someone please fix my account or tell me what else I need to do??
