Is there a form I can use where the client could go onto our website, answer a series of questions (Drop Downs, Radio Buttons etc.) and it would give them a price total or estimate based on their answers?

Unfortunately, we don't have that function available in our form builder. That is maybe possible by adding custom scripts to the form source codes.
How about using our Purchase Order Field from Payment Tools? This tool doesn't redirects user to any page to Pay.

In case the Purchase Order tool doesn't quite do what you need, if you provide the form ID or URL and state exactly how much the total should change by for each selection made, we may be able to create a custom script to do what you want. However, since scripts aren't allowed in the form builder, you would have to get the form's source and embed it in a web page and then add the script to that page.
Here's a demo that uses a custom script. (The script can be seen at the bottom of the source, just before the closing body tag.)
