I was trying to log into my account tonight, was having difficulty with my password. Finally tried logging in on the website. And I got a notification that my account was suspended.
Can you tell me what does that mean? And how do I get it unsuspended?

Your account was suspended as the form on your account was collecting Driver's license information via upload fields.
As per our Terms, this is sensitive information and you can collect this data, but not via upload fields. You can collect the Driver's license numbers via Short text entry fields, but will also need to add the below widgets into the form. You will also need to encrypt the forms.
Here is an excerpt from our Terms of use:
These are the widgets that you need to add into your form:
1. Terms and Conditions - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms
2. Signature - https://www.jotform.com/widgets/signature
Hence, we will need to delete the upload field on your form in order to activate your account.

If I make these changes, can I get my account reinstated? I like JotForm,
but If not, I can move over to another system.
Thanks for your help,
Kurt

Hello Kurt - Yes, we can reactivate the account but we need to delete the upload field as mentioned above by my colleague.
Unfortunately, you can only collect Driver's License numbers using text fields, and not with upload fields.
Let us know if you agree with that then we will delete the upload field and reactivate the account. I can see you already added the two mandatory widgets, it's just that we don't allow uploads of such documents using our forms.
