Copy a PDF invoice from one form to another existing form

I have a pdf invoice that is included when clients fill out a form.  What I need is to copy or clone that pdf invoice to an already existing form.  Is there a way to do that?  I just want the formatting, not the data.  I can change the linked fields on my own.

You can save the PDF as a template in the PDF Editor. See below:

Once the template is saved, go to the other form and go to the Template tab. Select My Templates and you should see your template which you can apply in the list.
