Why does submit button is called on pressing Enter key?

on your keyboard, it takes you to the form submission button. Would rather it continues to the next field.

The Form is designed in a way to call the submit button action on pressing the Enter. You can press the tab key to go to the next field.

You can add a Preview before Submit widget in the form to preview the answers.
