I have jotforms stocked unread submissions in the system?

    Hi Jotform,


                     We have multiple forms and two of the forms have had new messages stook in for the past few months could you please advise us how to remove these as when I look through the forms I cannot see any non answered messeages.

    When you are logged in to JotForm and in My Forms page, you can use the "Mark All as Read" to clear the stock unread notification.


    I took care of this for you for now. You can check  your My Forms to see if there are still unread submissions.
