How can I retrieve lost draft?

    Hello,

I have recently saved 2 drafts, but when I went to the link they were both blank.  Is there an alternative way for them to be retrieved?  Can an administrator open an incomplete submission on their end?  Thanks for your help.

    Molly

Can you please share the form in question so that we can check?

To clarify, you have save the form but when you used the link to continue, the data was missing?

If possible ,can you please share the session link?

    Looking forward for your response.

Here you go. Could it be that because I have saved, but not submitted more than one form that they are overwriting one another?

    Hello Molly!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

I have checked the form session that you have provided for us and it seems that all of the fields are blank. It is possible that you have overwritten your session by discarding the previous draft and then saving again with empty data. This would explain why the current fields in your session are empty.

As you can see in the following session that I have created, all of the fields are as I left them when I saved the form. Feel free to see mu session here: http://form.jotform.com/92954318488169?session=JF-S4L-H_DKz5Qu&stoken=JF-kQlAcnUa-43

I do suggest that you create a new session and then immediately after check to see if the form is being saved. Once you have tested this, please let us know your results so that we can investigate this further.

We look forward to your response!
