    Why the reference number is not progressing?

    I am noticing that the Reference Number of our form "Iscrizione AIRE / Cambio indirizzo" is not progressing - being always 1141!

     

    Could you please fix the problem at the earliest, as we cannot have users with the same reference number?

     

    Our username is "sarahcons" and email consolatoitalianolondra@gmail.com

    I just did a test submission on your form and it seems that the issue is resolved. The unique id was incremented to 1144.

    There was a technical glitch and it seems to be resolved.

    Please check and let us know if you continue to have this issue.

    Thanks, but why the unique id is incremented to 1144 only? Does it mean that it will stop progressing again at 1144?

     

    Also, please note that the same "technical glitch" is happening with the form "Aire Registration", which stops at 224.... Could you please solve it too?

    The issue is now resolved. The unique ID was incremented to 1144 because there were two more submissions before I tested your form.

    I was able to reproduce this issue with your form "Aire Registration". I am creating a ticket and forwarding it to our development team. Please stand by for updates from them.

    Thanks Sidharth, but the problem is still there in the "Aire Registration". I see that the unique ID is always 224...

    Like Sidhart explained to you , he has opened a ticket. What he fixed was the number so his test submissions will not count

    But UNIQUE ID is not autoincrementing, though I was not able to reproduce the error in my end. I would encourage you to clone the form and send to your self some tests. If they auto-increment correclty, that could be probably a glitch on that form only
