I hope you can help.
I'm trying to create a form which when completed either sends an automatic file to the recipient or takes them to a page whre the file can be downloaded.
Can Jotfom do this? What steps would I need to follow to implement this?

It is possible to send the file automatically to the recipient via AUTORESPONDER.
Just click on the Email Alert and then select the Add New Email option.
From there just click on the Autoresponder option
Click on Next. This will take you to this page. The recipient email will be whatever the user supplies upon filling up the form.
You can then set what information you want to be sent to the user.

You can either create a custom url thank you page or edit the thank you page and include the download link where the download file can be downloaded. The user will automatically get redirected to a thank you page when a form is sumbitted.
To replace or change your default thank you page, Go to Setup & Embed and click the Thank You(Smiley) Icon.Using Custom URL, you can directly put the download link url (http://domain.com/download.zip) or create an html page and put a download file link e.g. <a herf="http://domain.com/download.zip)">Click Here To Download</a>
For the Thank you Message, you can simply add the download link using the HTML Editor.

Can the form be downloaded as an actual pdf file? When I print the page as a pdf it looks great but the email version is just all text. I would like there to be a button beside the print button for "download pdf". It is going to be for average users who may not know how to print to pdf so i would like to make it dummy proof for the- "Print or Download" Is this possible with or without 3rd part plugins?
