    Does JotForm automatically generate "Transaction Cancelled" or "Transaction Completed" URLs for the PayPal Payments Pro Integration?

    If a customer cancels a credit card transaction before it processes (or successfully completes a transaction), does the PayPal Payments Pro integrated into JotForm automatically generate "Transaction Cancelled" (or "Thank You, Transaction Completed", etc) type responses that send a user to a respective page's URL?


    If so, can someone please tell me what those URLs are so I can refer to them in the PayPal Manager Set Up screen?

    You can create a thank you page for your form, here's a guide: How to Setup Thank You Page for a Form.

    So when the user completed the paypal transaction, they will be directed back to your Thank you Page. You can write anything on your thank you page. You can also create autoresponder message, so they'll get a custom autoresponse email from your form once they completed the transaction. Creating a Form Autoresponder. Of course, paypal has its own way of informing the user once they completed the transaction. They usually send a receipt or a confirmation of the order.

    Regarding on the transaction cancelled, I haven't heard of this but you are free to use any URL with your custom message if you have your idea. I am not sure if paypal has this but you can enable "pending submissions" on your paypal pro field at JotForm so you will get notification even if the user didn't settled out the payment at Paypal.
