Will the filled PDF attached to the notification?

Hi,

I have all the PDF options of my form selected. Will I receive a PDF version of the full document attached to the notification email when someone fills out the form or only a record of the fields? Just want to make sure that the options I have chosen will send me the PDF of the full document since it's a contract and not just a form. 

Since the option to attach the original PDF to the notification email, it should be sent automatically as an attachment. I have cloned your form and tested to see that email received with the PDF attachment.
