    the email alerts for this form aren't being sent

    The form (with conditions) was working fine just a few months ago, but has since stopped working.

    The emails that are supposed to go to jim@treesrusinc.com and jenni@treesrusinc.com under one condition aren't being sent. Under the other condition just jenni@treesrusinc.com isn't being sent.  Tom@treesrusinc.com and creativealliance@hotmail.com seem to be ok. Please help with this.  

     

    What is the reason why the form worked a few months ago, but not now?

     

    This is my cleint's busy season and very important that this form be in working order, so any help with this is greatly appreciated.

    I checked your form and found out that email ids were in the bounce list for following reason: 

    Result: 

    jim@treesrusinc.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013dac5=

    e63ae-424a11ab-cecf-4773-b7b8-d3ff0d597246-000000@amazonses.com>) with the =

    subject of (website inquiry) matches a profile the Internet community may c=

    onsider spam. Please revise your message before resending.'

     

    Result: 

    jenni@treesrusinc.com is IN the bounce list

    I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails.

    Hi Sidharth,

    Thanks for your help with this.  

    I have several other forms with JotForm.  How do I know if this is happening with the other forms I've created for various clients? Is to send out a test email the only way to do this or is there some other way I can see if the form email is working properly without having to bother my clients?

    Hi Julie,

    Other possibility is that you send us the list of Recipient Email ids and we will have a check on that. If any email id is in our bounce list we will remove and update you.

    I checked all these email ids and don't see any of these in our bounce list. Please let us know the form ID if you are not receiving notification emails on any of these id's and we will investigate it.
