My form is still not coming in correctly?

    Hello, Its now been multiple weeks and I still have no solutions? Please help. 

    The form is not sending a PDF attachment, the form is not submitting completely in the body of email( which it has done for several years until recently). My clients are concerned that the time they have spent to fill out an order is coming to them incomplete.This is wasting lots of my precious time. 

     I am not a computer expert and have no experience in solving these matters,

    Apart from that I cloned your form, reintegrated all the emails, re enabled the PDF attachment, and tested. I received the email and the PDF attachment. The email however was truncated due to the huge number of fields (as already explained in your previous thread).

    If you allow, could we try reintegrating the emails on your form and also the PDF attachment? 

    The email will still show a truncated one. So the best option would be to mention to the clients in the email content to refer to the PDF attachment for full submission.

    Please review and confirm.

    Thanks, I am confused did something change on Jotform end recently? Any help is greatly appreciated

    I have done what is suggested multiple times with email. Nothing seems to work right.

    Hello Amy,

    As far as I know, the only change that has happened on JotForm regarding emails, is the file size limit on attachments in email. If any attachments sent via emails has a file size greater than 5 MB, then the attachments will not be sent in the emails.

    In your case, that won't be an issue as the PDF attachment size is small.

    I have now updated your emails (notification and autoresponder) and enabled the PDF attachment options on both emails. Please check and let us know the update.
