Conditional email not being sent after submission update

    In my workflow the requester sends request to Manager A for approval. If Manager A denies the request, I want the requester to be able to resubmit a corrected request. Currently, the requester is getting a Request Denied email. That email has a link to the request submission and is able to change his response and click on submit again. However, no email is sent to Manager A for re-approval.

    To try to address this I tried a few different things:

    1. I had the requester change their request parameter only and submit

    2. I had the requester change their request AND blank out the Manager A "denial" response

    3. I had the requester change their request AND click a "Resubmit to Manager A" button

    None of the above generated an email back to Manager A to approve the revised request.

    The 'Send on Edit' option must be set to 'Yes', otherwise the edited (updated) submission will not trigger the email. This is valid for both regular and conditional emails.
