Signature not being captured

    Hello,

     

    I included a signature box on my form, but the signature is not appearing on the notification or in the form entry that can be seen by viewing entries online through my Jot Form account.  I have included the applicable response field in the Notification email, but it appears blank.  Is there something special I need to do to capture the signature image?

    Nevermind... My email was blocking the image because the message originated from an unfamiliar address.  Clicking "show images" allowed me to see the signature.

    Yes, that should reveal the blocked images. I would also suggest to white list *jotform.com* or check this article for more useful info which relates to this: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
