Card Form layout: add Dynamic QR code widget

    At the moment the  Dynamic QR code is only available in the Classic layout.

    Only the QR code and reader is available for the Card Layout.

    I have forwarded a feature request to our developers to allow the Dynamic QR code in Card Forms.

    Do note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature will be added or will it be passed however, we will keep you posted via this thread.
