Jotform Mobile forms > iOS app: form stays on Please wait on kiosk mode and also shows google recaptcha page while filling

    When we complete the form on the jotform app on the iPad and press submit, it stays in  'Please Wait' and doesn't go through. It freezes. We have WIFI which is connected.

    We are using kiosk mode (if that makes an difference).

    We have tested a number of times and nothing goes through, every time it freezes.

    When we first click on the form it brings up a google.com page which is blank apart from a blue reCAPTCHA logo/info int he top left hand corner

    I am able to replicate your issue on a cloned version of your form on my iPhone on kiosk mode. I am getting the google captcha page first and when I click on Done, it takes me back to the form. Also, the Submit button stays on "Please wait".

    Even without kiosk mode, when I open the form to fill, it firsts show the google captcha page. The form again stays on Please wait.

    Let me check this further and I'll revert via this thread.

    Meanwhile, could you let us know if you are using the latest version of the app on your iPad? If not, please update and try again.

    We are using version 1.11.5 - not sure if that is the latest? All the iPad sortware updates are up to date already

    I am able to replicate this issue on a cloned form as well. I am receiving the google recaptcha page and the form stays on Please wait upon submitting.

    I tried removing the captcha CSS codes in the cloned form, but still it is showing the page.

    Let me forward this to our back end team for further investigation. Once there is an update, we will revert via this thread.

    Hi this issue was raised on 1st March and still there isn't an outcome. We are unable to use Jotform on our iPads which is very frustrating. Please can you advise what we can do?!

    Sorry, but we haven't yet received an update from our developers. Let me send out an email to them regarding an update on this issue.

    Meanwhile, could you try on another device probably an Android device and check?
