Account not setup properly!

    We paid for renewal in January for silver for two years but our account now shows that we are on the free version and can't receive submissions... PLEASE FIX NOW!

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Your previous subscription that did not renew triggered the downgrade. I changed your account back to the Silver plan.
