Unique Email Submission

    I'm trying to create a form that will be a unique submission based on the email field.  I have setup the preferences for the field to be unique but it still doesn't work.  http://form.jotform.us/form/31377456623155  It is still accepting submissions from the same email.

    Hi,

    I just tested your form and you are setting phone as the unique field. Kindly check it again, it should be fine now. It's probably caused by the space on your hint text.

    Also, instead of using normal text box for your phone field. I would suggest to use Phone instead and se masking feature. Example:

    I'm trying to have the email as unique.  I adjusted the preferences for the email to be unique.  But I'm still not abl to have unique email submissions.  It is still accepting defaults.  Please advise.

    @smathew 

    Kindly check it now. I just re-picked again the e-mail field on the unique question and it seems working fine now. I would suggest to give it a try.

    Note: If you are going to make that field unrequired, I would suggest to pick it again on the unique question to update it.
