Jpg Photo Link not working while attempting to download via email

    Good afternoon Jotform,

    When I get my forms sent back to me from a customer with a jpg photo attached, when I click on it to open or download it I get a Whoops screen. Can you help?

    I can see that you are trying to download the images from your notification email. Please ensure that you are logged into your Jotform account while attempting to download this file. This is due to the below settings in your account:


    Else, you can disable these options so that you will be able to download the uploaded files directly from your email, without logging into your Jotform account.
