Can I have a field response be the name of the PDF file that is created?

I have the "Create PDF" option turned on for when there is a response on one of my forms.

Is there a way to have the answer to one of the questions be the PDF's name?

For example, the question on the form is "What is your name?". If someone puts Joe Smith, then the PDF that gets created would be called Joe Smith.

I would like this as I have set up at the end of my email that will autoroute the PDFs into a file on my computer, but I would need to have a better identifier of the PDF. Currently is auto-generates a random number.

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, you can put a form field as the name of the PDF file. Please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/553-How-to-Assign-a-Custom-Name-to-a-PDF-Document-with-PDF-Editor
