I can't connect my PayPal account to PayPal checkout

    I'm trying to attach a new  paypal account and email to a form. It's not working. Can you help?

    I checked that form and your PayPal account is already connected. Are you still experiencing any issues connecting your account?

    I want to attach a different PayPal account to that form. Not the one
    attached currently. I try to detach and reattach but it isnt workin

    Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before editing the form.

    If the issue persists, you can delete the PayPal checkout in your form and add a new one. Also, make sure that the PayPal account you are trying to connect to is Business type.
