I HAVE A TALENT REGISTRATION FORM, THE TALENTS ARE SUPPOSE TO SUBMIT ONE REGISTRATION, BUT SOME OF THEM ARE SUBMITTING THESAME REGISTRATION FORM MORE THAN ONCE.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO STOP THEM FROM SUBMITTING THESAME FORM MORE THAN ONCE ?

Setting up Unique Submission on the form might just do the trick for you
Just Click Set Up and Embed
Then Click on Preference and then Form Limits. Under Unique Submission, you can select Strict Check in order to prevent multiple submission per IP address. Then close it to save

Morian is correct. Setting up your form's Unique Submission to Loose Check or Strict Check will do the trick to prevent multiple submissions.
