"Form Tabs" widget doesn't appear?

    Hi! I can't seem to get the Tabs to appear. I know ive used this widget before successfully. and I see your demo has it: https://form.jotform.com/61771669325969

    I just cant figure out why my test form below wont display the tabs.

    Your form has only one page so the Form Tabs widget will not appear. It will only show if the form has multiple pages.
